Drafts that start from a brief, not a guess

Writibot plans before it writes. Give it a topic, an audience and a goal and it returns an outline you can reorder or cut before a single paragraph exists. Approve the structure and the draft is built section by section, so the piece still makes sense at the bottom of the page.

A preset is your voice, saved once

Paste three to five things you have already written and Writibot reads the patterns underneath them: sentence length, vocabulary, how formal you are, whether you use contractions, how you open and how you land an ending. Apply the preset and every draft comes out on that register.

Rewrite the sentence, not the page

Select a word, a line or a whole section and say what should change. Everything you did not select stays exactly as you wrote it. Each rewrite arrives as a suggestion you keep or discard, and the active tone preset applies to the new text too.

05 / Word count and tone settings

Set the constraints before you generate

Length and reading level are inputs, not something to fix afterwards. Tell Writibot the shape you need and it writes to that shape, instead of producing 900 words you then have to cut down to 300 and lose the good lines in the process.

The five things people ask before they start a trial.

  • Will the writing actually sound like me?

    That depends entirely on what you feed it. Give Writibot three to five genuine samples of your writing and the drafts come back on your register: your sentence length, your vocabulary, your level of formality. Start from a generic preset instead and you will get generic writing, the same as anywhere else. The samples are the whole trick.

  • Do the built-in checks guarantee original writing?

    No, and we will not claim otherwise. The checks compare your draft against widely published phrasing and flag passages that look unoriginal, overstated or unsupported, along with the reason each one was raised. Treat them as a second pair of eyes that never gets tired, not as a certificate. The final judgement is always yours.

  • Can I use Writibot with my team?

    Yes. On the Team plan a workspace shares voice presets, templates and projects, so everyone drafts to the same brand voice rather than each keeping their own version of it. You can lock a preset so it cannot be edited mid-campaign, and share read-only review links with people who do not need an account.

  • Which languages does it write in?

    English is what Writibot is tuned for, and it is where tone matching is strongest. It writes competently in the other widely used European languages, and you can set the language for each individual piece. If a specific language is critical to your work, test it during the trial before you commit.

  • What happens to the drafts I write?

    They stay yours. Your drafts are not used to train models, you can delete any piece or your whole account at any time, and we set out exactly what is stored and for how long on our security and privacy page.
